How transparent ₹/km fares actually work
No surge theatre. See the rate, the kilometres, and the total before you confirm — including when the local minimum applies.
Most cab apps hide the maths until the end. MSCars shows the ₹/km rate for each car, the road distance from live routing, and a clear total before you book.
One-way versus round-trip
For one-way trips we charge the driven kilometres at the selected cab’s rate. Round trips use the same rate on the full out-and-back distance so you are not surprised by a second quote on the return leg.
When the local minimum applies
Short city hops still need a fair floor for drivers. If a round trip stays within our local distance band, a minimum fare may apply — and we label it in the booking panel so nothing feels hidden.
